 Philip Reinecke - Admin & Operations Manager

Philip is the Operations Manager for the centre. His main tasks is to ensure the smooth running of this dynamic and great ministry. Customer focus is a area that lies close to his heart. Philip has a passion for the sustainable growth of Totara Springs as a Ministry enabled business, delivering God's promise to all who visits us. Philip is married to Tracy, and they have 2 boys, Kyle and Blake.  

 

 Andrew Lind - Ministry Manager

 

Andrew re-joined the team here at Totara Springs in August 2008, after an absence of 10 years. In this time, Andrew qualified himself as a maths teacher, and taught at Matamata College. Andrew is responsible for managing the ministry team, and their responsibilities include the management and hosting of events such as kids camps, junior kids and teens camps, Easter camp, and numerous sports camps. Andrew is married to Karen and they have two gorgeous girls.

 Stan Lind - Property Manager

After a number of years as chairman and general involvement with the building committee at Totara Springs Christian Centre, we have managed to convince Stan to join us on staff again as Property Manager. What a privilege to have a man of his stature working with us. "Stan is the Man" if you need it fixed. 
Stan has owned his own building and construction company, and over the years he has built and project managed the building of most of the structures here at Totara Springs. He is now responsible for project managing the rebuilding of the kitchen. (You are welcome to contact Stan to offer your services - it will really be appreciated!)
 

 Lee Love - Administration Team Leader & Catering Manager

 

Lee has particular responsibility for bookings at Totara Springs.  In this role she works with our guest coordinators to ensure timely events and oversees liaison with the various parts of the Totara Springs' team to ensure your event runs as smoothly as possible.  Lee is also our Catering Manager ... overseeing the smooth running of a very busy catering team who produce about 160,000 meals each year!!  Lee is married to Selwyn, and they have two married children and three gorgeous grandchildren.

 Mel Rigg - Housekeeping Supervisor

Mel heads up the housekeeping team, taking great care of presentation needs here at The Springs. Mel brings a wealth of leadership experience with her to this role. Her team and her is responsible for the housekeeping of 27 Motel rooms, 18 Lodge rooms, 12 Cabins and numerous other venues.
Mel has 3 daughters.
